How do I care for my pieces?
Our pieces are made to move with you — from sunrise to last call — with fabrics that travel well and feel even better. Here’s how to keep them looking their best:
Hand wash cold or machine wash on delicate cycle
Use mild detergent — no bleach or harsh chemicals
Wash with like colors
Do not wring or twist fabrics
Lay flat to dry
Avoid direct sunlight and heat
Do not tumble dry unless noted otherwise
Avoid high heat on special finishes or velvet pieces
Roll instead of fold to avoid wrinkles
How long will it take for me to recEive my items?
Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 4–10 business days. Shipping times may vary based on your location and selected delivery method.
Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.
Do you take returns?
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@disrobed.shop within 48 hours of UPS delivery confirmation. Include your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions. A $12 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund unless otherwise noted.
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment after items are received and approved.
Please allow 7-12 business days for processing.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Items marked final sale or custom pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.

Can I make an exchange?
